Appointment of a Member of the CCDG Board

Your personal statement should include a detailed example against each of the criteria below.

Candidates shortlisted for interview will be required to expand on how they meet the criteria below with personal examples and evidence.

  1. Experience of building and maintaining relationships of trust with a range of stakeholders.
  2. The ability to `balance constructive challenge with support in working successfully as part of the Board.
  3. Strategic skills and an appreciation of the difference between strategy and operational work.
  4. Knowledge and understanding of learning and work issues within Wales.
  5. A commitment to instilling a culture of professional and thoughtful governance, which promotes equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  6. A commitment to Nolan’s Seven Principles of Public Life.
